  1. Right here's the story!

While I've had my st it's failed both mots it's been for! 1st one was original cat had failed, got a new one fitted and it passed.

2nd one was the new eurocarparts cat had failed! Thankfully it was under warranty and I had it swapped for a new one and got that garage to do the mot, and it passed.

After the new cat was fitted my car seemed quieter and smoother, but then it went back to the usual sound of the exhaust and now I'm just worried there's something making the cat fail!?

What are my options to find out what, if anything is wrong? And what could it be?

I was going to get it terracleaned and then a new catback fitted with a new cat and then run it on vpower and use a bottle of cataclean every couple of months.

    What do you guys think??

  2. Went to get my front wheels balanced because the steering wheel was shaking at 70 and turns out the passenger side alloy is buckled!

I know exactly where and when this happened as well, bloody roads!!!!!

Anyway my question is if I swap it with the back passenger side wheel will I feel it as much? It doesn't feel great when cornering or changing lanes so thought I wouldn't feel it if it was on the back?

  3. Has anyone got any tips or ideas of how to stop brake pad rattle?

It's on my gen 6 rear calipers, both sides!

When I put copper grease on the edges it stops it for a few days but soon returns. The pads move around in the metal pad retaining clip things. It's doing my head in now

  4. I'm thinking of removing my trd spats so I can respray them off the car Instead of rushing it on the car.

Now I've tiger sealed them on and then put black silicone round the top to seal it all, so all I need to know now is how easy or a pain in the arse will they be to remove and how will I do it, or would I end up ruining paint on my bumper?
