    K-seal is lethal - quick fix = long term time bomb type problem.

    Had leaking radiator in an MR2 and bunged a bottle in in a "get me home" situation.

    When I switched out the radiator the massive coppery chunks that came chugging out the coolant pipes on draining were pretty damn frightening.

    Would never consider opening a bottle of it again.

    Same i have used kseal before and it was only £4 from part co :)

    I agree with keef-b it does do the job but potenaitaly does more damage for a tigra its fine but for a perfomace engine id rather just do the job:)

    any other things that make you think head gasket ?

    over heating ?

    loss of coolant ?

    I think you may be panicking over nothing if its only that staining that is concerning you, could be from not having coolant in it in the first place as its also a corrosion inhibitor

    Pretty much what I wanted to hear :) I am parranoid lol

    Not going above the normal temp just lots of fan action .

    Now I'v done the coolant il keep an eye on the level

    I can change the's gasket no problems at all just don't want to after I'v. Just paid over 4k for This car

    Ok so i spoke to steve-o and with much dissapointment has told me that there is nothing michanuicaly wrong that he knows of but does have some issues and has advised that i should stay clear and kepp looking for the kind of money the car is up for.

    :(

    That car belonged to Steve-o in Milton Keynes iirc. Shame he sold up, wondered what had happened to him. Looks like the fallout from the whole ReWorX saga killed off his love for the car. He looked after that motor, having previously belonged to a club member you should be able to check it's recentish history at least but from what I remember it wasa cracker :)

    Awsome i did do a quick search on that name on here but was unable to find the user :(

  25. jacking in the 140

    So iv had my 140 for nearly a year and done 15k miles i now want something else

    I want something newer mines on a 2000 plate. i had a look for 190's but i can only seem to find t- sports 2003 and everything else after that seem to be just a 140 untill 2006 when the GT came out. any one shed some light on this?
