Just done nearly a 600 mile round trip today, Heathrow and back. First long run I have had in my SS11. What a pleasure to drive, it didn't,t miss a beat. Didn,t really put my foot down, just a nice steady plod, power was there when i needed it though...about £70 in fuel.....not bad at all I thought.
Oh and we're are all the Celica,s gone........... Only saw one all day and that was on the way back. Gen 5 Grey L100...

The fact that I have had this one for nearly 3 months and I STILL havn,t driven it.... Fix one thing then find something else.........

Sod it, I'll just claim ignorance if ever asked, I bet 90 odd percent of people who own imported cars have no idea about this. Thinking about it my Bike is also an Import, but there is a certificate of some sort in amongst its paperwork that was issued at time of import.Even if you had this stuff though who really carries it around in the car
I perposly keep NO paperwok in the car on the basis that if it got stolen your going to need it all to proove ownership etc!This is what I wondered as I also have no such cert.....I will also plead ignorance......lol

Shit,that sucks mate.
Had a similar dint in GT a few years back when a 4x4 backed out in full lock in tescos car park(wanker did one,no note).Local body shop repaired it and made a really good job,you cant tell there was a dint there!Cost me £250 though Cheers bud, had arranged with my son to come round today and put that boot and spoiler that you gave me as well ,who did you use fore your bodywork ?.......

Bad news that mate,accidents happen but it's infuriating when they do a runner. Have any of your neighbours got CCTV,might be worth asking round to see if they have picked anything up.

My NCB is protected but my excess is £300 so im gonna shop around for quotes......

Cat D means the car has been in a minor accident and has had repairs.

It can be repaired. Shouldn't be more than £350. Done properly you wouldn't notice it had a dent. Request it to be pushed out rather than pulled out. Don't like holes drilled n pulled. If you are protected you shouldn't loose any no claim and it shouldn't go up. But might aswell repair it without through insurance. They'll cat. D it aswell.

Thats not a car bumper damage, more like the back of a truck or even a trailer.
Yeh that's what I thought as damage is high, checked the only white transit down our street this mornin, nothing.....
What gets my goat the most as I have only put my new wheels on 2 days ago...........
Is it just the wing that's knackered then can't see tell really as on my phone.

Been having a spring clean in the garage and came accross these
i think they are for a gen6 vert which previos owner of house had, if there any good to anyone let me know and you can have them (just cover postage)

Bought Myk,s old t sport wheels which are currently been refurb end and powder coated, I would like some new wheel nuts to go with them.... Think I read on here somewhere that I need std MrT nuts as they are MrT wheels so can't use aftermarket nuts.......... Is this correct. ????????? Thanx

Only ever been stopped years ago when on my old Honda 750F1....... same copper twice, same road (M1), on the way to London in the mornin and on the way back mid afternoon fortunatly never got done even though both times well over limit..... never been stopped in any of my cars in 31yrs of driving...........(you just know im gonna be eatin my words in a few days.....lol)

ok, got these today, fitted them and as luck would have it, it pissed it down just a bit later so they had a good test.... worked well, good clear screen, only bad side they look cheap (but then again they are)...

Richard, had mine done a couple of month ago by BiggRed.....twin pot fronts, std rears and all 4 carriers for £203.00 plus carriage.....look on my SS11 thread for before and after pics.......
