Seen all good things about Dixel. Not first hand but no bad reports.
As it happens, Dixon is an official retailer for Dixel parts
I also believe that Dixon is friends with the guy that runs Meister R.

Took my 350Z there for a major service and walked away smiling.
Very nice guy and can't do enough for you and doesn't consign you to a waiting area, you're welcome to poke about while they work on your car.
Dixon always does the final run before handing back to customer, just to check everything is ok.

I'd track down all my old cars and buy them back and put them in the "My Car History" section of my collection
And if they have been scrapped, I'll buy the same year and model.

Carbon wheels would be awesome
Carbon wheels are a massive no-no .... find some reviews on some of the GTR ones and you'll see.
But...but...but...these look soooooooooo cooooooool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Using a rotrary isn't for the faint hearted tho and can in inexperienced hands lead to paint burns.
But you could get an orbital dual action polisher that is prolly better suited for a novice.
I have a Kestrel DAS6, and found it easy to use being a beginner myself.
Also worth practising on other cars or a faded panel from a scrappys before having a go on your pride and joy
