When you get it done ask if he is flicking it over the wings this will give it a better blend, and tidy up the front end for you. Good price though.

I have all the gear but with everything else going on in paint shop I don't do it much as its seasonal for me, rally cars get built ready for march so flock time in January, till beginning of march.
It's always bought people in as does look good.
Good luck could send some work your way.

Any good car wrappers can do the same job for much less
-
Carcoon do lovely covers blow up portable cabin for your car/bike anything but costs loads.
I just want one as not using car much just need Ty o keep dust off as underground parking.
-
Just a heads up on the flush fits tiny bit of Vaseline before you screw the head in.
No pun intended.
-
-
I got rid of my valves completely by using the flush fitting kit by richbrooke, you just have a flush cap which you undo and fit the screw in valve to check pressures.
-
I charge around £150 for bonnets and from £125 for bumpers depending on colours but the price your quoted is good, if its on the car better as you'll get the front wings painted also as its a much better way to blend in.

I have full Polly bushes set up along with upgraded anti roll bars meister r suspension and 17inch rims, with strut braces front and rear, car handles well very well to Say, I do however feel every jolt more but since having seats rebuilt with uprated foam and better bolster, it has made a great improvement for comfort.
You do get increased wear on other parts steering rack and track rod ends etc but if checked and maintained no real issue.

Would not use desiel on the Celica engine engine flushing is ok but never fill it just with a flush always have oil in the car, if its a 140 I would not do it at all due to possible bringing on the oil issue as can take away deposits that have aided in engine not using oil.
-
that may help but i cant say it enough regarding heat, done this many times and when i first started years back i cracked 2 customer screens and never wanted to do that again, least excesses have come down these days
-
chips away are ok but i dont iike them as they are always messing up work in my area, i then have to repaint the car after
-
go steady with the glass polish do not put cold water on the screen run car with full heat to get screen warm as when it cools it cracks so make sure you get car warm inside and blowing on screen, take time dont just rush and get it hot by polisher machine
-
that is Lacquer cracking, no need to replace bumper that can be repaired and painted, you may even be possible to flat that down its only surface marked not all the way in, dont panic.
a good local body shop will be able to help you the paint code for the celica is in the engine bay, its a very easy colour to match, and that can be blended if needed to keep costs down is it the front or rear sorry just cant tell from picture. if front the angles are easy to blend it out without seeing the paint change.

Do not buy either, both have sheared off I ended having to spend £70 on a full set of new nuts from funky power, tryst me after all the crap I had to deal with from three nut ends shearing off completely I would not buy cheap.
-
Thanks ams will get some of those now.
Yes it will fit the 140
I thought that as u just bought 4 tyres and two came from them, unless they sub buy and sell in which is becoming common
I'm 99% sure the company is part of Demon Tweeks
-
Do these also fit the 140 ? I use that company a lot at moment, great prices on tyres and MT90 oils as well.

dont see why not, as long as each car came in with just prep work, that way we could crack out a couple a day, if you needed welding or loads of filer work and panel prep it would slow the process down.
-
I could do the job for £1k, cant put you up but you could find a hotel close by and spend a few days in the shop with us so you could ensure we did it right for you and you could also have a hands on approach if that helped, teach you a bit of flatting and prep and then polishing up. worth a thought, we could do the whole job in a couple of days as long as we worked the booking right.

do not use a silicone based sealer it will react with any painted finish, tiger seal or a like product.
-
thats like it, that way it gives it a little protection from stone chipping, its that or if you sand then stone chip the edge and then re paint in the colour of car that way it will give it a little further protection and keep it hidden.
-
if Mr t does not sell edge trim liners head over to honda and get them for a civic it fits just the same and it can come off as its black rubber.
-
er no, never heard of it and i for one would never do it. i flushed an engine once and it did it no favours, now i just run half a litre through at time of oil change it picks up a few bits of extra crap if i have any sitting in the sump.

I leave batteries on charge all the time have 4 cteks on clients cars never had any issues and the insurance company thought it was also a good idea as cars kept locked and alarmed when I'm away from warehouse.
