Thats a test piece i did recently 8inch inside diameter and 19mm thick all welded at 45degrese was murder to do

Wen welding if it feels to push u away from wot ur welding turn the wire feed down until u get an easy crackle. and the weld seems soak into the pieces welded but not so slow that it fizzies up and drips away (means its too hot ) .

Also on the welder if its got model numbers like 140 turn the power to about halfway or less. that number usually means amps it can do so aim for about 40-45amps

try make the edges to be joined as close as possible if not closed up . It should penetrate through and look clean with it being thin metal

If ya can get some stuff the same thickness and buzz over that so u can see the heat absorption Wen its yellow stop and let it cool .

or turn the power down if ya cant move quick enough

P.s all this is assuming its a mig welder . If ur using stick on a car gooood luck ull need it

Yup noticed that too but the shape of the arch isnt too far out ? Prob removed his arch liners and a rock went northwards

[seat belt thingy...]

Try search seatbelt accessories . Sum Klip things that hook to the top will pop up or just copy and past this

Try this. Get shaving foam smear on inside of the window and buff clean wiv news paper. The alcohol in the foam repels moisture away. I use it on the mirror in the bathroom Works a treat

Windows craked open and moderate temp on heaters .just a little higher than outside temp does the job .

damm that would of been cool idea . Yeah the wind was a bit much ended goin over halifax/saddleworth area down back into oldham ,manchester , bury, and back bangin tunes all the way . Next time will post up earlier and c if any wants to join . I mean ya dont pay all this to have a half decent car and not use it do ya
