I've got a storm blue dynamic one which I'm looking to swap for a lagoon blue one, where abouts are you based mate?
If it works out cheaper for you buy the lagoon blue one from ams in the for sale section and ill swap it with you
-
As ams said, replaced the sub frame to get round the problem but it's a case of finding a low mileage one. As for the camber and tyre wear, you've seen how much camber I've got and im getting very good tyre wear simply by having the rears slightly toed in. Don't ask why mind you, guy who aligned my wheels reccomended it. must have covered nearly 7000 miles now and still got loadsa tread left

£130 is cheap, I paid £150 for my rear bumper respray (and that's in ketton which is 2 villages just outside of Stamford)
-
Wolf race slot mags maybe?
I dunno.
I want them though
-
Good to have you back Dave
Was wondering where you went.
-
Shame it's the same day as the parson drove AND the ace cafe meets
-
Same lights as these?
If so, mine came with hids in already (albeit I had to buy new ballasts) and I think I remember seeing the same warning message. But haven't had any problems.
-
yeh either change the red for blue tape ,or go for white or silver or bronze wheels
-
Love the way the number plate has been relocated and the one of the bumper holes turned into an air intake rather than smooth over.
-
Righto dude. Thanks for that
-
just because you have coilovers on lol. it is lowered on tte's yeah spacers are definatly on the cards, after brakes and windows lol. i have some black wheel studs on the way and im having some centre caps made up.
soz mate, I guess I just get so used to seeing the coils now.
Suprised you're going for black wheel nuts though.... Thought you wanted them to stand out slightly, having said that chrisCW has all black wheels on his red 7 and that looks immense!
Either way dude it's gonna look good

This makes me laugh, we all have to abide by "Data protection" laws but the DVLA have the previous owner on your V5 and for a sum of £20 they will sell details of any owner including their present address by giving them just the reg number.
Yeh I think she mentioned that on the phone, I seem to remember her saying she was removing the data about the exchange of private plates from the celica to his new car.

sorry for hijacking your thread but how did you manage to get an email from Toyota detailing the service history? my service book has gone walk abouts but it was showing full toyota service history so would be useful to have this backed up
I rang up to see if my car was part of the recall for lift bolts or see if they had been done at any point and then asked about my service history. So she removed any information about the previous owners (for data protection purposes) and then posted to me
.
Well if thats the case this thread is redundant your frigging keeping it till it fooking dies why would you give a shit about the ODO display? just keep an eye on the corners ahead pal
Wasn't sure in case of legal reasons dude, the plan is to keep her until she dies, but then who ever follows a plan to the letter I change my mind so often it could be for sale next week for all i know
-
I like them dude, lowered and spaced should definately be an option with some brightly coloured wheel nuts to make them stand out a little bit.
-
Lol Liam, becoming a daily motto now
Very true Andy I couldn't agree more but tbh it's on like 115k now and I sure as hell ain't done with it yet. If and when I do come to sell up there is a high chance it'll be broken for spares anyway as the mileage will put most, if not all off anyway.
Again appreciate the advice matey
-
Sounds like a ball ache
Will see what the mileage is when it arrives and if it's not too far out I won't bother to do anything. if it is showing a lot lower than what it should be I'll have dated photos to add to my documents.
Thanks for the advice though guys
-
Don't think I have service book, but I do have an email from Toyota with all the service history that was recorded with them. You think I should ring them and get them to record it aswell as document it myself?
-
Righto how do I go about correcting that then?
-
Right so I've got a new circuit board coming for my dials as I managed to fry the last one
Does this mean my mileage will change? Or is the data stored on the ECU?
-
I'm not far from milton Keynes so could go and have a look with you sometime next week, agreed though, lovely looking motor
-
any chance of some being posted out to us attending rising sun next week
-
At the moment any way that avoids a scrape
-
I feel your pain, happened to me a couple months back too
Hopefully nothing a dent man can't sort out.
