I really feel for you mate, shitty thing to happen. I know it's cliché but try and tell yourself it could've been worse.
Politely mention to a few neighbours. Many people these days push things to back of their minds unless prodded. No harm and then at least you know you've tried. Even mention at the end, ok well thought you might appreciate knowing to perhaps park differently, tighter, put winger mirrors in etc.
-
What spoiler is it dude? Ams has my thunder grey t-sport, regardless PM him for parts.
-
Get it straightened when you can mate if I were you. I've paid £25ish at Maxpowder hemel before and still left it at the back, as it might not be perfect.
-
This is something on my list of to-do's but moneys tight at the moment so as with anything depends on cost.
Some approximates to go on would be good.
I'm most keen to do the two corner pillars.

Not much to see mate and off to a barbie now. Two clicks and mins you'll have it off.
-
4 plastic clips mate. Top 2 hook down. So grab the hole mirror and plastic backing. Pull out more from the bottom and upwards from the top.
-
Takes being firm but grip onto the black plastic and it should click out. Then just un-click the heater wire.
That what you mean?
I might be doing mine tomorrow so will update and describe better if you like.

That was amusingly written, I enjoyed that. I've read occurences of this before so the popo should be aware there's a slim chance the database isn't up to date, cover themselves from egg on the face and enquire when it was renewed etc.
I've had some experiences with the police with the odd light being blown or running quite high contrasted amber. They've been pretty decent but you still think to yourself what if something isn't in order.

Some rope, a hammer, fishing wire and duct tape. That was in my old Saxo...

Found an ear phone caught under of the side skirt. Poor cyclist!
Non Celica, but my mate found blood stains on the under side of his boot carpet. Both are concerning!
-
This has happened to me twice and I haven't bothered to claim yet.
I have reported pot holes on a good website which passes the info on, and guides on claims. www.potholes.co.uk
That site did at least, suggest they often are a bit awkward and it takes awhile.
Would receipts/quotes for your wheel to buy new, or repair not be required as well? Would certainly want to maximise it.

You sure they weren't just adjusting the sun visor.
I've had that lol, waved back at someone only to notice them with adjust the visor with a confused face

I do about 10% of the time if it's a fellow 7, and the driver seems young, car kept enthusiastically looking good!
Sign of the times and south, but most are 40+ and aren't the friendliest.

It's an alloy refurb place balancing included in the price (immediately next door to a tyre fitter). The tyres are Goodride and didn't seem in too bad nick. He says one alloy they repaired a buckle, the other they've just corrected with weights. But I'm talking like 5-6 small silver weights on both wheels - looks excessive compared to what I've ever had on a wheel before.
-
I'm picking up my last 2 refurbed wheels today - should I question why there's like 8+ little weights on the first two they've done? Seems excessive to the point it's masking buckles which I told them to repair if they found any.
-
There's loads of T-sport wheels for sale lately, and it's been a bit of a learning curve for me. I bought a set for £180 that were seemingly refurbed. However the inside of the alloys was corroding, so I simply had to refurb all 4 at £260 (nice graphite colour now).
Given some GT wheels have just been sold for £370, if they don't need refurbing with the odd buckle - then I'm left feeling slightly annoyed. Partially because the seller didn't really reveal the inner corrosion and that I've spent over £370.
Certainly seems the deal maker or breaker is wheher you need a refurb or not. I've gotten 2 of my refurbed wheels on so far (collecting last 2 tomorrow). The tyres are fairly new ish, but they've still put loads of balancing weights on!

I tried a couple of options, and ended up going with Likwidart's which look very good imo.
I've got nothing but good things to say about mook or likwidart. It's what you prefer!

"this is the fast one"
lol, lovely clarification there, oh right, cheers!!

Stunning motor.
Would love all of those mods. Tastefully done.
-
The difference in the headlights gaps I think your describing is the same on mine and RoryK's. It's not that major but noticeable.
-
Yeah just clicked on paisley whom I would probably use to collect from someone. Cheers for that tip mate!
I'm assuming a GT rear bumper will fit a facelift T-Sport...
-
I don't seem to have much luck with rear bumpers. I got minor damage to the oem which is £120 if I wanted it repaired. Then upgraded to a Fensport one. Whilst very sporty and low, a clip has come off it. It's slightly hanging and I don't want to lower with it anyway.
So...there's an ideal oem one for sale collection only. Could any one do me a massive favour and collect. I will arrange the collection, pay for that and any costs, and be greatly appreciative of having helped a fellow member out. :-)

If it's the screw with the plastic top your missing, I may poss have a spare.
Great way to start a Monday morning.

That sounds just too coincidental surely. 1. You'd have to randomly be close enough to notice someone's tax disc and it being out of date. Uncommon!
2. There was an in date tax disc showing. Can't believe point 1 let alone seeing the windscreen and not noticing the tax disc or it being in date.
Undoubtedly dodgy.
Tell the police, and play out like your interested to sell to get him!
