Done it a couple of times this week in a Merc Vito which is still pretty cool until you catch that wagon up doing 30mph
Got to say though its good fun in a G5 GT4
but 10mpg 
still fun thou

Do you not know of any motor sports shops that can help? You could just try adjusting a little then test driving again to see if its any better
and are they set to the wrong side? Im sure they should be set the other way so it pulls the top of the wheel in???

Ive got drilled & grooved disc's & dont get any noise, well i dont here it over the exhaust, air filter, dump valve & flame frowing back box, they not branded thou just come from flebay & there lots better than standard

Does look like a vaccume pipe filter though lol, ive never seen anything like that on a gear box, ill take a pic of mine tomorrow but it is a 185 so not the same really

Small guide
1. Take drivers side front wheel off
2. Look through the hole where the track rod end comes through and you will see all the gear under the inlet.
3. use the hole to get your arm through and un-bolt the knock sensor. You can miss it, round with a plug onit.
You can also use this as a guide to get to all the tvis on the Gen5's
Oh and i think the filter is off your inlet, Look to the right of your inlet and you will see 2 small tubes that seem to drop down and round the back of the inlet, You may find this is also why you are losing power so make sure you find where it came from as you might start running week, running week = burnt valves and faooooooked pistons

FRONT: Red/white/black/silver Calipers but with black or silver carriers, All one colour looks cheap,
REAR: Calipers same colour as front, Carriers same colour as front. Rear drums again black or silver as any other colour looks cheap
Remember TRD colours are red, black, silver/white so stick to these FTW
