You can't have a NA Supra though, that's like a lass without a fanny.
Twin turbo or nowt! 325bhp doesn't mean it's not driveable at low speeds mate, just means there's punch when you need it.

Sorry if it's already been mentioned but what's the main reason for selling again bud?
-
OOooo 3s-gte swap??
-
Always dubious about this whole grinding down issue with the fensport studs, if you're doing them right then they shouldn't need any splines shaving back.

Rod bearings, oooo exciting

I really want a set of genuine Celica mats, I just cant justify the £40+ for them.
Just thinking off all the cash spunked on your motor & £40 is too much I'm surprised you don't already have a set of brand new ones just for shows.

Andy , you are the font of all knowledge gen7
Haha I was thinking the same. Pages of debate are usually stopped dead in their tracks by Andy.
I'll put up a pic of my new brakes in here for good measure I don't want to fit them though, much prefer stroking & holding them!
-
The new brakes I'm getting can be anodised in any colour & I've opted for, wait for it...... Iron grey

If you're ever up Bradford way bud I can point you in the right direction, the guy is very good.
Here are mine rolled, need to go back at some point & have them feathered out a bit more as the tyres still catch.

Yeah I see where you're coming from, but oil is the blood of the engine & the good quality stuff sits firmly at the top of my list. People don't seem to think twice about buying some tacky mods for £50, so I can't see why anyone would skimp on oil? The old adage - look after your engine & it'll look after you

J03 would that be 5w40
Yes sir

Gulf Competition Ester Synth is a good oil, I always use it

mine was overfuelling so I did the following
Cleaned MAF
Changed Air Filter
Changed Spark plugs
and it passed the emissions test which I am pretty sure it wouldnt have done before when it was overfuelling.
Try this first but the lambda is a more expensive fix as there are 2 of them and about £60 a piece.
Mine passed MOT fine when it was overfuelling matey
Good shout on turning down the fuelling. If i could get someone to test the lambda and say it was definately that then i would happily buy a new one. but what i dont want to do is buy loads of stuff and not sort it if you know what i mean. I got the cat changed under warranty and the front lambda changed and it made no difference. I dont want to change the rear lambda and be told the front one aint working right. Its really really bugging me now.
Has it thrown CEL p0420 bud? I have changed both sensors & had a new CAT as well & recently it's thrown the code twice, so go figure? My emission results & fuelling are bob on though
For the relatively little outlay, it's worth changing the precat sensor as it has a big impact on fuelling. Running too rich is going to waste fuel & eventually smoke the cat, so it's a false economy to keep the old one in.

Found a bung on ebay and it is only 15.50 so I am gonna buy that and see if it works.
I've been thinking about one of those things that sit in the midpipe & can be activated from inside. Mate had one in his skyline - Apexi control valve I think. Expensive, but bloody good when you want a quieter ride.
-
Sorry chaps didn't realise these were the ones without top nuts. I've ordered 2 anyway.
Meh just ordered one and then found it doesn't fit the gen 6
FML :@
Yeah it seems the 2.0 gen6 isn't listed but the 1.8 & GT4 are - the 2zz shares the same oem filter as the faff. You would've thought that if the 3sfe & 3sgte take this same filter then the ge would as well, surely?
If you don't want it bud, get in touch with them & re address it to me & I'll paypal you a fiver

Just found this supplier of K&N oil filters on Ebay, £4.96 delivered - A pretty darn good price as these things usually retail at £10+
As far as I know this same filter fits gens 5, 6 & 7
