Haha Dubs gets it, Whiteline rear for the 7, not that I'm even sure if I'll be keeping it at the moment!
Nice pair of cufflinks too
I'll take it off your hands if you decide not to

If it was, I don't think Gary would be able to get there...

Will the original be up for grabs once it's served its purpose or is it already called for?

No oil cooler.
I have a higher capacity alu sump, deeper rad, TRD lower temp stat & the rotrex charge is intercooled.

I've always used 5w 40 Gulf Competition, both NA & now boosted. However, I've noticed that my temps aren't really getting above 95 degrees C. & they're more like 80 on average.
In summer that will obviously be different, but would you recommend dropping to a 30 through the colder months?

Surely you know someone with an android phone Thomarse. Torque Lite is free & will read/clear codes.

They dont fit very well, The rep I have sat in my garage doesnt sit flush on the bonnet so there is a gap on both sides between the bonnet and scoop. Also the back isnt flush to the bonnet and the front points are uneven.
They also mould the fixing studs in with a blob of FG/resin, which deforms the surface as it cures.
Are these moulded from a genuine scoop then?

And my real beef when you wash it ..... Missed at bit
Another classic usually uttered by that uncle knobhead type bloke - "You can do mine when you've finished son" followed by an annoying nazal laugh.
OR
"Why you cleaning it, it'll only get dirty again" No shit dickhead! Does that mean you never wipe your arse after a good shite?

Compact charger in place of alternator.
Alternator will have to live where power steering pump lives and power steering will have to be electric.
I guess you'd probably be looking at something like a Rotrex C30-64 or -74.

"Thats a very loud car, My husbands a police office so I wouldn't drive it past my house" Which was pretty interesting due to the fact I had no idea where the lady actually lived.
To which you replied "That's a very FAT arse, don't drive it past my house"

"OOooo you drive a Celica eh..... GT4 yeah"? The legend never dies.
I'm then left saying, "Errr no, the newer shape one with the high revving .... oh forget it".

I'll have a go with Shipley, always thought it had to be packaged.
If not then I'm happy to send your kid some money for his trouble
He said he can get them for you tomorrow pal.....

Ah I was down that way at the weekend pal, our kid lives about 10 mile away. I could get him to pick up & store until I can grab them & book a courier. I'd have to drop him some petrol/bevvie money though, he doesn't do favours

That's oil for my bike sorted then

With the zz engines they don't really make any sense as they're all aluminium, but the 6 has a cast iron block/alu head.

"Have you got the chalice? Errr no...it's just the way ma underpants rook up"

Is that inner sides of the rear tyres pal? The 7 has some pretty beefy neg camber on the rears (which is also slightly increased when lowered) so that's why they wear on the insides quicker.
If you're buying 4 new tyres then rotate them front to back every few thousand miles to get a bit more even wear out of them.

I've got 215/40/17's (Goodyear F1 GSD3 directionals) on my 140. Fantastic tyres in the wet and take standing water in their stride and great in the dry, but I find them very bumpy owing to the low sidewalls. In hindsight I should have gone for 45's, as the 40's look a bit lost in the arches. I do find they are very sensitive to pressures tho and even 1 or 2 PSI difference on a corner (I've found 31 psi all round is good) can make it feel 'wrong'.
Ouch, yeah that's going to work out lower profile than 205 45.
i was looking today when i washed the works van , that has 215s on that and they do look a bit better than the 205s with all the extra rubber , ive sent a email to one of my local tyre dealers as they can do the falken 914s (not eco run) and ive asked if i got a full set of 215/45/17s can they give me a great deal as its looking at 340 quid including wheel alignment as well afterwoods .
ive looked at places like camskill etc but only trouble is the garage has said they can fit other tyres that ive purchased but for no less than 15 quid per wheel including wheel balancing but thats 60 quid just for that fitment whereas they gave me a quote for the 205s - 80.29 per corner inc vat + tracking total 340 quid ( i believe the 215s should be a little bit more cheaper ) but if i bought from this place :
http://www.tyredrive.co.uk/tyre.php?tyre=215%2F45r17+falken+ze914+91w+xl&did=1
x 4 - 276 inc delivery for 4 + 60 quid for garage fitting - 336 quid (4 pound difference ) so i think it would be easier to get them for the 340 and if any issues theres the garage i can take the car back to
what would you guys do?
Just put some tyres on my car & not faff about for months

Well feck me, I've just found out my local shell is becoming a Texaco, bastards!
Toss up now between running esso supreme, bp ultimate or driving 15 frigging miles for Shell. She'll need a remap soon anyway, so will have to pick one & bum Shell off.
