just got this old mount back today and as you can see it has failed

but the owner now has a nice new BRD mount fitted again this is a good reason to replace and uprate your mounts

I would not fit any ally wheel nuts on a car seen a lot of so called D1 crack and split, if you do any track work and they spot them they wont let you on,

yep front mount make a big difference and this is why I recommend people do the front first, and its the easy 1 to change takes about 30-40mins to do I make every thing to order and its about a 7day lead time on what I make

yes it will, every 1 that has had the engine mounts even just the front all say that the kangaroo hopping / jerking movement goes and that the gear change is mush better

the hole are rating hole to help take out some of the vibration if it was solid it would be to stiff for most people I can add more holes to make it softer if needed

The yellow is about 65-70 the red is about 75-80 and the black is more or less solid. But from the feed back from people ill only rely be doing the fast road yellow mounts and race black
