Again I don't feel it's worth it for the out lay cost of the subframe and bush's people won't pay the money for it. I know the GT4-PLAY all ready done most of this and has had a set in stock for over a years and now 1 has asked or bought any parts of the rear subframe. This is all so why I have not looked into it. I'm. Sorry to say but most of the gen7 tend to be all looks over performance

not something iv looked in to or been asked for, but I do offer the front wish bones in poly ready to fit. iv yet to have any 1 ask for the poly bush's for the rear subframe for a gen7, and you would be looking at close to £400 just for all the poly bush's to rebuild it witch most people will not pay

hmm they do look the same but dunno if the measurements are different. they are very easy to get to on the aygo so i guess i could take them off and measure
if you can have a look at let me know if they are the same that be great as I can then make them for the aygo
-
that's why I make them out of Polyoxymethylene Delrin

nope there just steel shafts on the gear linkage, I seen then do this and rip the rubber off the brass tube that had corroded on to the steel shaft
This is what can happen with the oem bushes with the Brass inserts, it can corrode on to the steel shaft,
-
the problem with brass its to hard so no give or flex in it, witch then make is wears cos its a soft metal if you know what I mean
-
the other thing your find with the brass bush's they will all so oval and can corrode onto the steel shaft and get stuck like the oem bush's do, were as the Actal-Delrin poly bush's I do will not corrode and even though they are solid they still have 30% flex in them, so you get the best of both worlds, if you have a look on my post for gear bush's you will see the brass part of the bush stuck to the steel shaft
stock bush's with the brass centre
