get the garden hose in the rad +flush the feck out of it, till its good. are you running the engine above idle? water pump knackered? this stuff is what you need for rusty bolts. no more sheared or stuck anything http://www.3inone.com/products/penetrant-drip-spray/

short of the person fitting it, they can only go by whats in their book? ive had wrong batteries, spark plugs... so i know the companies data is cr4p thats why i wont buy anything of their "own" brand
