  1. What do you think of Infinity tyres never used them myself but the ones I was looking at have a good speed and tread wear rating, I can get a good deal on them and since I work with a few pro drift racers may be able to buy in bulk.

Has anyone used these and what are they like before I hook my guys up with 2 or 3 sets and grab a set for my self.

I have found another brand for well cheap as well when I get the brand I will post it.

Before I gather up a group buy for myself and team mates I would much appreciate your input and views and experience.

  2. Could not Agree more I have gone through a set myself, I was lucky enough to get them with my rims so they cost me nothing.

Not only do they light up easy but I can say I have never seen tread go this fast since I had my 1970 Hemi Cuda but that wasn't the tyres that was the massive torque and and my addiction to trying to pull wheelies at almost every stop light in California.

OOOOOWEEE! you know you got power when you can lift a 7.4 litre engine 16inches off the ground.

Sorry back to the tyres yeah quite crap happier with my part worn then these when they were new.

Dry use: Absolutely useless. The tyres felt hard when new, and easy too spin up front wheels in dry in second gear, without trying.

Wet use: Completely useless, would probarly be better off with just a rim. Can spin up tyres in third gear without trying.

Snow / Ice use: I dread to think, but luckily I never tried it in these conditions.

Noise: Quite noisy- they were my first 17" tyres, so couldnt comment at the time- but now I have run Yokohama Pradas for a fortnight, I think the kumhos were noisy- probarly because of the concrete compound.

Overall opinion / comments / strengths / weaknesses: Avoid at all costs! They're probarly OK for someone who never drives enthusiastically though, and the wear rate was phenomenal- much to my disgust, as i wanted rid and couldnt justify replacing them without being worn out.

Price paid and from where: Came as part of a wheel and tyre package from halfords- despite me ordering Toyo T1-R/S on them. Had £100 credited to my card because of this so in a way they were very cheap. I now know why.

Rating out of 10: 2, and only because they lasted so long.
