I'm trying to find some for my gen 6 25th anniversary st but I can only find a set with the rear ones for 138 quid, I'm sure there where sets with front and back ones in.

Has anyone got a link or can push me in the right direction?

Cw racing is selling a full set of arms already poly bushed. More expensive but would save slot of time and hassle

this ^^

you would need to have your car incapacitated for days to get them fitted & its easier if you already have replacement arms ot fit them too, but again this costs money

you need a breaker bar to get the rear hub bolts undone and the bolts on the sunframe. I reckon 2 and a half days for the rears doing them yourself is about right and you cna do this with axle stands

most people burn out the old bushes as you would never push them out and + you no longer need them

I have some polly bushed front wishbones for sale if you just buy the rears

I'm tempted for the fronts already done off you but I've got a few other jobs to do 1st which is a ball ache!!!!

no worries, tbh the best value for money you can get is cw racings full kit, I know it looks expensive but you would end up paying more to do it yourself :(

the rear long bolt's that go through the outer bushes can be a problem...bolt gets stuck.

that bolt was a bugger to get out. i had to completely remove both my corners and press them out with a flame on them

and mine are painted nice ;)

As above long bolt can be a pain

Was 2 - half days not two and a half lol

But I had use of air tool and a 15 tonne Hydraulic press so makes life easier. Doable without tho.

Decent set of tools, more specialist stuff required will be a torque wrench, axel stands, poss drill and one handed hacksaw ( my pref but other methods can be used) wd40 a must, some m10 stud bar nuts and washers are handy( will explain later) I also needed to replace one of the bolts on the bottom if the rear hub which goes through the trailing arm as needed to be cut. And some paint while u got it to bits.

That all I can think of the the min , may of missed something.

Right tricks to removed without aid of a press

This is the method I find easiest others may disagree or prefer another. This is the chain drill method. U drill round the rubber part of the bush as far out as possible and as close to each other as possible as many times as possible. U then simply knock the middle of the bush out , the with ur hacksaw cut carefully thought the metal outer sleeve then use a small flat screw driver to prise up one end and out.

Tricks to refitting without a press this is where the stud bar comes in handy , pics tell a 1000 word lol
