S60 Washer Jet Conversion
Requirements:-
- S60 Washer Jets x2 (sold singly by Volvo Cars PN:- 30655606)
- About 20 minutes of you precious spare time
- and last but not least the beast of a Gen 6 you want to fit them to
Method:-
- pop the bonnet and pull back the sound proofing nearest the hinges until it reveals the washer jets underside
- half twist the washer jets to remove from bonnet and pull to remove the rubber hose
- fit hose to replacement jets and push into drilling in bonnet
- refit soundproofing
- drop bonnet and position washer jets to give best coverage of screen
job done now drive around in pride and wait for some bugs to hit your windscreen

not the most perfectly laid out guide i know but its my first so ill keep building them and hopefully get better
