i found i didn't need any measurements from the SST. (heres my theory)

Red is the mating surfaces of the slave cylinder and booster.

Yellow is the level of the casting potrusion that will sit inside the booster assy.

Blue will be the measurment taken to the master cylinder actuator.

Green will be the the reqired length of the rod from the booster.

ive figured out (which im quite proud of considering i havent taken anything apart yet or ever done very good at maths)

Measure Yellow to Red (X1)

Measure Blue (X2)

The length of the booster rod (X3)

X2 - X1 = X3

so if the "Green" measurement from the rod to the booster casing doesnt match the X3 value it will need adjustment
