They've been accessible on line for years with the MOT station just printing on plain paper. The only change is the MOT station will stop printing them for you.

Been accessible for years, One of the first things I do when looking for a car is get the reg. No. then check on DVLA website.  Very annoying when people hide the reg No. from vehicle adverts. If there is nothing to hide, why hide it. Also saves on a wasted journey if travelling to view a car
