trophytr5
Being on my second set of mats (between the T Sport and the GT), the only problem is that they wear out where my heels rub on the mats. I've looked for pads to fit to protest the mats but with no luck. Would alloy be too slippery and dangerous? Would rubber pads wear just as fast? How to attached them to the mats? Askari
Keep your OEM Toyota mats for shows and buy some hard wearing cheapo ones from EBay and change them whenever you need to.

matt1280
Buy a piece of chequer aluminium sheet off eBay, cut to size with a jigsaw or ask them to cut to size, file edges and drill each corner of plate and through the mat, then attach with small nuts and bolts. That's what I did to my hyper mats in my gen 6. The holes are that small through the mat if you did decide to remove you wouldn't see them
