So basically I was thinking we should do a little shoot around a few locations in either Kent or Essex or both. I can supply my camera skills as anyone else who has a camera. Would be best at the weekend as most are free and I'm thinking for around a months time (12th march), then the weather should have warmed up slighty and we will get more daylight. What I need is some people to put in ideas of places to go, ideally a mixture or under cover, outside, great views etc, what sort of time, so I.e day time/night time. Edited 8 February 2011 by Dan23

Ummm, i'm not too sure about places in Essex/Kent, but would be interested to find out what people suggest. There is a little pay and display car park just next to South Woodford tube station that i've been to a few times to photograph my bikes. Not really big enough for more than a few cars though. Only place I can think of is I've seen some pics of cars with the Dartford crossing in the background which look pretty sweet. Gillingham Football Club? Lol. Erm... Chatham historic dockyard. Dan23 Posted 9 February 2011 Author Report Posted 9 February 2011 (edited) see i like gritty places for photos, adds a certain element to the picture, old office blocks work well too, as do underground car parks. you generally want more urban areas for cars rather than natural landscapes imo, but like i say its open for suggestions, i will go wherever people wanna go I can't think of places other than carparks. OK underground car parks... The Lockmeadow in Maidstone (where the odeon is) has a big one which is always empty and actually kinda creepy. I went down there for a drunken piss and it feels really rapey. There's probably some graffiti down there too, not certain though. Chatham dockyard seems like a good idea. Ooooh there's a wooded area next to my old school in Maidstone, might be cool getting some night shots with the woods in the background. And there's also the dogging spots which are in wooded areas. Oh there's old smashed up buildings round St Peter's St way, thesherv must know what I'm talking about. Those horrible buildings near Maidstone East overlooking the river...

It's at the rear lockmeadow car park. Go to the rear carpark, then go into the sheltered carpark, then go to the end where the randomly placed vending machines are and there'll be the entrance to the rapepark. Don't go alone though! So yeah, my contributions are the rapey carpark in Maidstone, Chatham dockyard in Chatham obviously and the dogging spots. Like fuck am I going to the rapey carpark and the dogging spots on my own to take pics tho
