Euan Posted 23 January 2011 Report Posted 23 January 2011 Seems quite bizarre that the US can be quite so fussy about what gets imported - having caught that television classic "Pimp My Ride" a few times it seemed as though they sure as hell have no equivalent of the MOT to test that vehicles are remotely roadworthy...

I'm also still not 100% sure how their insurance works re: modifications, as most of those poor kids on 'PMR' could never afford the insurance on a car with all that 'bling' on it. Plus they never do any engine work on them... Anyway... put the celica in storage, or sell it, and buy a decent car out there with the money
