yep, my car was 25 years old and had a six figure mileage when I bought it for £350.00 on ebay, if you love the car it is never to old to start -
Have to agree on the Ali nuts, my black Rays set were nothing but trouble. They had a habit of loosening themselves off and the final straw was being towed by the AA after the rear wheel came loose on a drive home one night..... I have fitted a set of steel nuts over the winter and am sure they will be fine once the car is back on the road next month.

My gen 3 has around the 350-400 bhp mark........ and I bought my air filter from Ebay (educated guess not dyno'd yet, but sheet will go up when it is )
