  4. Unplugged alarm from behind radio / air vents and everything ok now until i get a new alarm system fitted .
  5. Cheers. I didn't want to unplug anything incase it it affected the immobiliser , but will try and see what happens.
  6. I'ts been off the road for two months and the battery was dead , so charged it up and on reconnecting the battery all the right hand side indicators were stuck on even with the ignition turned off . If i take the fuse for the hazard lights out the indicators work fine but obviously no hazard lights . It all seems to be connected to the alarm as the remote fob stops working and the ( doors open icon ) flashes on and off . I was getting a new alarm as the siren had stopped working and only one fob for it .
  7. I'm having problems with my Gen 6 TVSS IIIB alarm does anyone know how to totally disable it until i get a new one fitted. Cheers .
  8. No i've not unplugged anything from the alarm yet i meant i disconnected the battery again . I will try unplugging the alarm connections over the weekend to see what happens . Cheers.
  9. It was making a strange noise when i connected it back up so i disconnected it and tried again but indicator was still on .
  10. Possibly , but can't seem to find which one it is in the handbook.
  11. I have had my Gen 6 off the road for a couple of months and on re-connecting the battery the drivers side indicator is permanently stuck on even with the ignition turned off. Any ideas please ? It was fine before .
  12. Yes they look great , that's another job on the list then
  13. Very impressive i'm loving the look of that.
  14. I've had my first Celica ( Gen 6 ) for 6 months now and loving every minute . I've always liked the shape and spotted one that i thought needed saving and that's where the problem started !! I just can't stop spending money on her , improving anywhere i can . Anyway up to now i've had full service , cambelt , full original Gen 6 leather interior , new aerial , chrome sill covers ,17" Lenso alloys, bridgestone tyres , Apex lowering kit , full respray , windows tinted all round , tinted rear lights and quite a few other little bits . Cat 1 alarm getting fitted next week . The engine bay is now letting it down and i've been looking on the net and found a firm called performance 1 coatings who specialise in ceramic coating in many colours for exhaust manifolds , rocker covers etc . Has anyone had any ceramic coating done ? or is there a cheaper better way to brighten things up ? Prices for exhaust manifolds start from £99 . Any advice will be appreciated . Thanks , Andy .
