Ah right. So the best solution is to buy a complete new alarm/locking system so i get a different fob? Lol. Ill live with it for now then cause dont wanna dip too much into my faff fund.

Hey guys Ever since i had the car the fob for the locking and alarn has been tempremental. Tom told me he used to have problems with it sometimes too. Even with a new battery in, it plays up sometimes and i can be standing by the car for 5 mins like a lemon, trying to get in. Anyone know if they are expensive? I presume the only place to get them is Toyota so im guessing yes. Lol.

Ooo. Im lucky enough not to have had that problem yet (touch wood). Although i do hear and feel the hard bits of ice on the road scrapeing the underside of my car. Makes me cringe a little bit so i can.imagine how you felt when you heard tge noise of plastic getting ripped off. I feel for ya mate.

But i will definitely be up for a group track day. Least ill know going in to it, any damage happens to my car, its more than likely to be my fault. Lol. Where will it be posted? Hey guys I dont know what to do. When it comes to JapFest at Castle Combe, i want to take my car round the track. Heard its only an extra £20. A lot cheaper than going to a track and running what ya brung. But was speaking to a mate today, who's never done a track day but has been to JapFest last year, and he adviced against doing track on this event cause the track is usually packed and easily a chance of getting my car crashed into. I cant afford to do a normal track day which is why i was gunna do it at JapFest. On the other hand i dont wanna come away from JapFest with a bumper missing or a rear panel dented. What do you guys reckon? Is track at JapFest really that bad? I've never been.

Oh ill always keep the faith mate. Lol. Even tried looking into other cars i could have instead but i couldnt find anything for the same sort of money that i would prefer to have. So ill definitely wait. And tom, your damn straight there. Lol. Thats the only thing that softens the blow of not getting one yet.

Happy new year guys. Its been ages since i been on here. Hope your all well and had a good one. After working out my basic wage and all my outgoings, unfortunately i dont think im gunna be able to afford my GT4 this year. Works out to me only being able to put aside £200 a month towards it. If stays like that, will be no earlier than April 2014. LOL. To shorten this im gunna do as much overtime as i can, which at the moment is none due to work really quiten up after christmas. But ill keep saving and hopefully ill come into a small fortune which will allow me to get my faff this year. LOL. Unless i find someone that will do me a pay monthly deal Til then i will keep going out of my mind everytime i see one on the road

Hey guys. An old guy from work told me that they know someone that used to work for the undertakers years and years ago and they used parafin on their cars to make the black shine really well. He said i better check on here before i use it cause these were old cars and it might be different with todays car paint. Can i use parafin after washong the car instead of polish?

Really? I thought cause its front wheel drive and the steering's done at the front, the best should be on the front.

Hey guys Hows everyone been. Again, its been a while. Unfortunately i now got 2 buckled wheels on the car. One was buckled when i bought it and the other i done hitting a 'crater' on a country road a couple of weeks back. One of the wheels is buckled enough that it is slightly letting air out of the tyre. But both are causing me not to be able to get the car tracked, unless i swap the front wheels for the back, but then ill have decent tyres on the back and 'death sliders' as Pete calls them, on the front. Not good idea. I have contacted 'wheelrepair' but he's in lancashire. Does anyone know anyone local to buckinghamshire that can sort my problem out? Thanks guys

Yeah thats what i was thinking. Red will be too much and i dont want the car looking like a cheap tatty teenagers car. So black it is. And ive still got some black left from the carriers. What paper should i use to rub them down? Or just use a wire brush?

You reckon they'll still look nice through my black wheels? I suppose its either black or red and red one's will look too in your face i reckon.

Yeah its the drum. Never thought about painting them. I got red callipers and black carriers. What colour would you guys paint the drums?
