  1. Would not give up mine, light and strong - going on the 5 I think
  2. I got some a couple of years back for £50 - bit rough but not needing full refurb - no tyres. Sure I see them around £100 now. Good wheels, light
  3. gen2 MR2 ? Turbo poss. That's what I might try if was going for a track car, after it stopped trying to kill me.
  4. Last convo I had was at the petrol station when I got asked about my supra..... To be fair once he worked out it was a Celica had a really nice chat about it

    Happy 5 Anniversary digs!

  6. was thinking rays bronze (I have debated it in some thread somewhere!) didn't realise wedssports had a bronze colouring, now I may need to think about stealing that idea from you
  7. cool, kinda feel mine deserve to be sorted out properly (corrosion same) , though not sure on colour yet....
  8. which refurb place, flat out ? my wedsports need doing to
  9. damn, dick move by the merc - did he realise what he caused ? glad ok though.
  10. Don't like the nose bit but the rest is quite crazy - get what floats your boat though, no one really likes my front bumper lol !
  11. Is it just the colour you are after ? Depending on which 3sfe Rev you have the RAV4 shares the same engine (mark 1) so could search under that ? Later 3sfe had distrubtor less ignition so differing leads if I remember correctly - which you should have if a 96 end of year one. Or chuck on red wiring sheath or something to jazz them up !
  12. No recommendations but like gold with red, good choice !
  13. balls still, good to know for others http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Celica-1986-1999-Eibach-rear-camber-bolts-kit-/330554287328?hash=item4cf69224e0:m:mxFsAbijC7FwPjANz-Pavow
  14. bit less but around that....go on, tell me how much I overpaid !
  15. Haven't, but agree will be something to do know it's all fitted - have new tyres on as well so good opportunity to see how good she should handle ! While under the car though noticed my rear anti-roll bar is looking pretty corroded, maybe an excuse to start looking around for a whiteline thicker one...
  16. just adjusted mine btw, is def better, still got some negative camber, but not quite as extreme!
  17. Check with the seller but I see absolutly no reason why they wouldn't
  18. yes, exactly my issue, too much camber so using these to adjust the camber - these are aftermarket bolts, not sure on the 7 but the 6 does not come with camber bolt adjustment as stock. Have these ; http://www.gt4-play.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/24_25_67_68/products_id/323
  19. Worked it out now I have set it up correctly to start with, but with no camber change. I now need to rotate the bolt so the arrow faces up to or on the washer handle for the camber to change Job for afterwork today then And yes, tab out as psoitive, tab in for negative (def don't need anymore!!)
  20. good idea, there is an arrow stamped into the head but not that easy to see stuck in there with the muck!
  21. thanks dude, thought there was something else to do !
  22. Hi, after fitting coilovers, ended up with too much negative camber. Finally after prob over a year got round to fitting some whiteline camber bolts. Fitted ok according to instructions, tab facing the wheel, lobe facing the strut. But in that position seem to make no difference. Guessing i am missing "the next step" ? Followed the instructions on them but not sure whats next. On the good size, nice easy install!
  23. bought mine in August 2011, remember seeing a gt4 gen 6 and loving it early in 2011, then saw a gt in lymington, then knew I really really wanted one ! Surprised then at how cheap they were, couldn't believe it ! If only I had the 1.5k then to get a gt4 rather than the 5k needed now ! 4 1/2 years later still love it , still jobs I haven't got round to doing. Spent far too much - it's had replaced; Doors Boot Bonnet Bumpers Seats Engine Gearbox Wheels Drive shafts Brakes So just the shell left lol and that had rust which I am sure will return to haunt me one day. Remember going to japfest , looking at all the cars thinking which one do I really prefer, then walking back to my car at the end of the day and thinking DEF the Celica! no plans on ever selling it, may end in a lockup somewhere at some point but would love to keep it till it (or I!) dies ! Also done 31k miles, so just under 7k a year
  24. If it's just the space saver could just use a slip on spacer to let it clear it ? Only going to need it very rarely for short amount of time ?
  25. maybe too far, not sure where you are, but in cardiff these guys are good; http://www.pro-speedexhausts.com
