Where is the best place to buy CV boots for front of Celica gen6 1998 1.8 sr tried a lot of places but not been able to get ones to fit. I want inner and outer only really need outer but while out I might as well do the inners if I can get them.thanks

Thanks managed to get second hand one from tcb.. found from them that they are not made anymore.

I have tried all I can but cannot find a front Top engine mount the one near the cam belt.unfortunatly mine has gone in the centre and is due MOT in a couple weeks can anyone tell me who could supply me with one many thanks.

Trying to get water pump but nobody seems to have them in stock .got cambelt and bearing just need water pump.

Does anyone use Autodoc for Celica parts they seem to do a lot for the Celica. If anyone has use them how did they find their parts, were they good quality and were they sent the right parts, etc. Thanks

Had discs off checked handbrake shoes they seem ok and tight no slackness anywhere but still the same knocking as before.old red u said handbrake shoes what part did u mean I had to check that could cause this knocking thanks.

Have a knocking from back Celica gen6 for a couple seconds after sometimes pulling away .it's in time with the wheels turning just like having a stone in the tyre but a knocking.ive checked rear suspension but only found stabilizer bushes slight wear so replaced but still knocking.it only happens when I use the car for the first time each day.any ideas please

looks like a capless bulb should just pull out.any toyota parts department will have them,or halfords,or most motor factors should have them.

they always say rare .always say go up in value.but still lots about,will take long time to go up in price and only if well kept and in fairly low mileage.do you guys agree with my comments.get sick at all the garages saying rare.

ford consul mk1. triumph spitfire, another ford consul mk2, singer imp tuned., ford mki capri, then ford capri 2.8 injection. then new 1998 white toyota celica,then ford sierra 20 ltr dohc,then new 2005 toyota celica gt. now for the last four years owned fairly low mileage silver sr celica in nice condition which has never failed mot ,year 1998,plus toyota aygo as a run about.

if you have problems pushing the new bushes on as they are normally tight when new just put some washing up liquid on them they will slide on easy

i use small g clamp with two pieces of wood to protect the hose.u can do the same with a pair mole grips

Got leaking fluid but can't see where it's coming from it seems to be hitting drive shafts and being sprayed off them.im going to clean the whole engine bay tomorrow but wanted to ask you experts where is the common leak likely to be coming from .it's gen 6 1998 SR 1.8 many thanks
