Perry Byrnes 1960 - 2007

Perry Byrnes died on 23rd March 2007 and was a huge loss to all that knew him. He leaves behind his loving wife Carol and daughters Sarah and Lauren.

Perry touched many peoples lives and was always there with a cheery word, a cheeky smile, nothing was ever a chore to him and he was always there to help and support anyone that asked.

Perry hugely enjoyed cars and in particular the modifying of them. Over the past few years Perry became known as "The Modmeister" and nothing ever phased him. He would always be found in the garage changing something on his latest project as perfection was not even good enough for him. Any car he touched always ended up as a show stopper and over the past few years he had the following

A Thunder Grey Celica 190 which then turned blue and was also the inspiration for Toyota's recent Celica GT:

An MR2 Roadster which both cosmetically and mechanically was amazing including a PE System Turbo:

An ST205 GT4 which always turned heads:

Pezzer then thought he should stop the modifying and bought a Porsche Boxster - the lure of the dark side was too strong and he even managed to improve an already stunning looking car:

During this time and true to form Perry took his daughter Laurens car, a Rover 214 and made it one of the best looking Rovers around and Lauren the envy of her friends to have such a cool car as their first car.

Perry then moved onto another MR2, this time with a widebody, awesome respray and yet again a PE Turbo. This would be his final project and at this present time the car is unfinished but his friends and family have vowed to complete this in time for JAE in July as a fitting tribute to such a great man.
< This will be unveiled at JAE>

Perry inspired people in so many different ways with a no nonsense attitude and was completely straight down the line which is a rare quality these days. He has a huge circle of friends who love him and miss him dearly.
