I've no idea mate, sorry, but I've always found TCB Parts to be free and helpful with their advice. Or you could ask the garage that did the MOT.

Just thought, if you're driving a gem 7 then club member ams on here would be a good person to contact and he can no doubt supply whatever parts you need as well.

I think he means front coil spring lower cushion.

As the coil is compressed and extended they tend to shear through the rubber seat (cushion).

No need to replace them as new ones will split within 12 months.

Best to ask the garage to make sure though.
