Removing Wheels Without The Locking Wheel Nut - Solved

Question

Hi all,

I'm having a bit of an issue with removing a set of alloys as I don't have the locking wheel nut.

A 19mm socket sort of fits over it but it's not turning at all.

Anyone ever had this before? Is there anything I can use to get them off?

Cheers,

Dave

Does the 19mm socket bite or just rotate?

I had to get some off an Astra that had a rotating collar on them to stop you driving a socket over them, the only way I could manage to get them off was to weld a bolt to the center of the wheel nut
