a fair few people have all said the same thing which is to keep them the colour they are...which im leaning towards!! to the 30 odd people who viewed but didnt comment........THANKS!! lol
i did think an odd colour like that izzy but cant bring myself to do it then hate it.....then fork out for another refurb!
I finally got myself some chronos!! but they are not in the greatest condition so they are going in for a refurb on saturday BUT i cant decide if i like the colour they are now or go for white again!
il give you a few pics of how it sits now and what it looked like with white wheels (yes different wheels) but still white!

sounds like the discs are catching on the where the shoes mount on the backing plate...... we have seen this at work and have to grind away the lip where the shoes sit......but as the discs aren't new (don't look it anyway) it would have done it from day one.
well i bought mine on pure off chance! i was driving along in my rover 25...first car...head gasket went (4th time...she had a hard life bless) as i drove past a forecourt and there it was! and the owner was a complete monkey didnt have a first idea about cars haha. gave me 1k trade in (didnt realise head had gone) and i was away! never looked back infact my mum still runs around in it now and its still buzzing along with 150k on it! of course after haveing an st i had to go faff so here i am and wont change it for the world! all have been a pleasure to own apart from when the faffs decide to give you a kick in the nuts and steal your wallet but hey thats one of the sort of pleasures of owning it!
Sounds like it could be a good outcome for you if thats how the judges behave on the day! and you should try and get recompence for 'loss of earning' for your wasted day!
I have only just seens this. I had this same problem in the later part of last year! I got pulled over as i entered works car park!! they requested that i do the db test to which i politly refused on the grounds that driving within the confinements of the city at no point would my vehicle be at 3/4 revs....which shut him up! Also stating the fact that putting my car under the intense strain of 3/4 revs at idle is rediculous and if anything were to go wrong would the devon and cornwall 'cuntstablery' foot the repair bills...again no answer was given. (copper getting slightly pissed by this point and the whole workshop now an audience) they tried to grab the keys to which i resisted and locked myslef in the car! i drove it into the valeting bay and the valeters closed the bay doors. when i went back outside they ARRESTED ME for non compliance and resisting arrest.......................3 months later attended a court hearing!
very interesting read...learning quite a bit. But can someone tell me if the high rise spoiler on the 205 actually make a difference? i mean in the way it is angled and shaped? what sort of pressure and drag does it create and effect the way it handles being 4wd
its going to drive like a blancmange!! it will have roughly 220hp in a car that weighs to much for an n/a engine! they have made these mistakes before. i was up at burnaston last month for training and suggested to them they ditch the flat four and use one of their own engines and make it a real car like the supra/celica/mr2's used to be! they have proved they are capable
