Jeeez...I hate those big wings...unless it's for the track.

It always smacks of trying to hard...and "look at me"...for ALL the wrong reasons.:nono:

Each to their own I guess.

    I'll get me coat.!;)

i know what youre saying. just for the look of it really. as it is fwd it won`t make a difference on performance as mentioned to slybunda.

I've been considering a wing like this for mine. I'm just not sure it would like right though with the proportions though. I'd love to do it to piss off the "meughhh 140s aren't proper Celicas why would you do that"? brigade. I'll stick with the TRD for the time being.

do it man . do it. life`s too short on worrying about what people might say. it`s your car, your choice, your mod. i would say `up yours!` and buy one today.

  3. Lol. Listening to all your comments and I do get it. We'll never come to a conclusion whether permiwrap is the best thing or not, did I mention it was just £400 including wheels! I done it because my paintwork (red) was getting tired looking , which looked pink in most pictures. And I didn't wanted to pay £1500 + for a respray. So chose this option so I can change the colour in the next 2-3 years. Matte was an option for me and thought yeah it's very different and some people ask me is it finished yet or give me their wax and advice on how to buff up my colour . it's funny. If your going for something different you have to be thick skinned and take criticism. But I do agree if you are sure and want to stick on a colour and want pay £1500 + for a proper respray that's the best way to go. I do get bored so instead of changing cars I change colour and start modding all over again from fresh. Great.

  4. Hi isomax. you might be right with the mixing of the 2. And might be not long lasting .but 2- 5 years it's not bad at all for the price! I wouldn't have done it on a new car but a my 13 year old car with faded paint job was the best thing I've done. Again that's very personal. Hope this helps. But ones it's on its on. No turning back. So you have to be sure unless it's plastidip which you can peel off.

  5. It's near to a proper paint job what I can see since January. stone chips and knocks and bangs are the same as on a proper paint job. Some push bike, I presume, banged into my car at the boot and really dent it . B@$tardious.

  6. Hi guys. Mine is permiwraped. Matte orange. Plastidip Scotland glasgow. Exterior only £399. For what it is they done a great job. My paintwork was looking tired. So decided to go for this and it's great. It's not a proper paint job but for the money and time of 2 days. Can't knock it. 5apuny2e.jpg
