  1. I've ended up buying a Nissan 200sx. I needed a comfy car but still fun to drive so it fitted the bill.
  2. Its the best way as you can make it any colour you like Yeah she's up for sale, long story but I needed something different to suit my needs. The Celica is massive fun and I'll be sad to see it go as it's made me smile so many times!
  3. I just got bored one day and painted it with Orange spray paint. Buy my celica then you could use all the mods on your car
  4. Could get a set of Dezent Motion wheels like I have on my Cougar. They're reasonably cheap to pick up and look pretty cool in black and red. Still prefer my Celicas multi-spokes though
  5. Having owned minis and other old cars that have dreadful handbrakes, I always use handbrake and leave in gear. One of those habbits you just seem to keep. I even do it when I drive other peoples cars, really annoys them haha!
  6. Happy Anniversary Andy-nbr!

  7. Those would look awesome! I keep trying to find a cheap set of them for mine, love those wheels so much.
  8. I could do with a set of 4x 205/40/17s, cheap and cheerful / partworns are fine by me.
  9. Thanks for the warning will stay well away from them. If you've got the link that would be great mine are pretty old.
  10. Damn there goes that idea then. Steel tuner nuts and some orange spray paint...
  11. Hey all, Anyone here had any experience with coloured anodized wheel nuts? I'm tempted by an orange set just to add a little bit of detail. However, all the sets I've seen are like nearly £50 quid, which seems a tad steep to me but maybe I'm wrong. Are there any cheaper places to get some? Cheers
  12. They are £100 + postage each though Can't justify spending that much
  13. Ok well update: I won't be buying the Cobra frames any more. They've just mailed me informing the price of the Subframes has now gone up from the advertised £60, to £97! What a joke! So now back on the look out for some direct fit subframes that don't cost the earth...
  14. Ahh not too worried about that. What and where exactly did u modify?
  15. Or the South Africans solution of big f**k-off flame throwers...
  16. Well will give the Cobras a go at least. If they're too high I will try and source something different, hence why I only bought one as a trial. They're supposed to be "Tailor made to the specific car" but we'll see. Seat belt mounts are no issue as I've got harnesses fitted.
  17. Awesome thanks for that! I've ordered one to see how they're going to fit before I order the passenger side. The subframes / seats may still need some modding as I've bought Cobra subframes and have Corbeau seats, but the Corbeau Subframes were double the price!! No need to worry about the back seats, I don't have any anymore
  18. Hmm... Calling all 205 owners... Can someone take some photos of where the seats mount pretty please
  19. Damn, was expecting that would be the answer. Right... better get the welder out then
  20. Hi all, I've got a set of Corbeau bucket seats and my original plan was to custom build some runners / subframe mounts to fit them, however I'm being lazy and trying to get them fitted fairly quickly. I've found a load of places online that do Cobra subframes for specific cars, however I can only find subframes for the ST205. Does anyone know if the mounts are the same to fit into an ST202? ST205 ones here If not, can I get them or is custom making my only option? Cheers
  21. ^^ This! I have similar on my car in white and I spend more time cleaning the wheels than I do the whole car! Do look awesome though!
  22. Cheers Angus. My googling skills must be vanishing, I tried all sorts of things and couldn't find anything!
  23. Its weird, the Castrol Gen 6 was an iconic car, I thought there'd be a kit for it.
