  6. i got registered (i think) etc but when you put your details in (phone number, address, car reg) it just sits there, er, doing something. I think (little timer thingy just sits there spinning and did so all night).
  7. Happy Birthday james.peebles!

  8. New rubber, courtesy of camskill Falken ZE914's (although the rating on the site is different to the rating on the labels) Fuel Eff E, Wet Grip B
  9. If its not rust then I would suggest its been in contact with some form of chemical that it really hasn't agreed with - the fact that it is small bumps all over the place is really strange. Unfortunately you wont find out if there's anything sinister going on underneath unless you rub the paint back.
  10. Normally rust will cause the paint bubble up, Any break in the paint work at all?
  11. Thank you mr postman! Will be installed Monday and then thats the faff back on the road after 2 months
  12. New radiator hoses, just need the new radiator now!
  13. I've not had anyone call my car any bad names but the biggest insult I received was some goon in a Saxo VTS trying to take me on. WTF?!!!!!
  14. Ok thanks for all the responses guys the radiator is the first thing that is getting done in jan the leak is VERY small at the moment, luckily my local garage is literally 200 metres away from my house. Ive always started the car up and not let it get to temperature fully - theres been no spike in the temp gauge so im hoping everythig is ok. I shall get them to do a compression test once the radiator is squared away. Really hoping its not the head gasket I've had so much go wrong with the car in the short space I've had it! I need a bit of good luck right now!
