  1. and i want its rear lights for my vert edited, actually those rear lights look different from the ones i've seen, the ones i saw on another didnt look orangey .
  2. Just looked at bag, Halfords Advanced All Seasons Car Cover is what is called And looked on Halfords, they much cheaper at the mo than when i got mine, special offer on Still reckon XL to cope with the gt4 shape

  4. Halfords Deluxe has kept the vert good for the last couple of winters outside, cotton double sheet purchased from charity shop thrown over first. I've got the size large for mine

  6. Usually whilst at the petrol pump "Thats lovely, i've not seen one of those before" followed by "you want to swap?" or "would you sell it? I want that" always gives me a grin and the gen5 gt4 the best was the old boy who hung around waiting for me to come back to the car cos he hadnt seen one for years and used to own one, made his day to stop for a celica natter
  7. Luckily battery seems fine in mine now its had a run Had a bit of a panic myself, thinking wtf the vert never breaks down or goes wrong whats going on here. Ken had an Alfa once, he cooked it
  8. Its always been good but just before clicking back on this thread it just dawned on me thats probably what the problem is. Yesterday the doors were open for a good while and ignition might have been left on too Doh Goes to get battery charger out Wierd though that it did try and start first off cheers Paulus, hopefully its all it is
  9. Its been fine til suddenly this morning is doing that. Only thing had done since last started was the internal ariel fitted which couldnt have affected it could it? if the relay is making that noise any tips on what to do next?
  10. My head is telling me starter motor but i've tried rocking car in gear and tapping (hitting) it with a hammer Is it or am i completely wrong? Tried to start, turned over, died and then makes this noise
  11. Good to hear the aerial works, the second things are magnets for wrapping , i have an idea for the gt4.....
  12. I got to get one of them at the end of this month Today i got my new aerial, one that goes on the inside of car. Wondering how good they are, was cheap plus two of these...

  14. nope, i took my exhaust to a Powerflow franchise i was recommended to use, they said would do it for me if i needed , wouldnt imagine it would be expensive - £35 to £45 would think
  15. ^^ this is what my exhaust fitter said after fitting the aftermarket one i'd got from ebay that was advertised as 'not too loud'
  16. Stick a request on Shiply.com too. You should get better prices coming at you after the initial higher ones and to the seller it can be just the same as you collecting. Twice i have used someone who doesnt require stuff to be packed up. They have blankets, cushions on board to protect and take care of the stuff like you would. Worth a try

  18. 205 and keep/make standard 185's are great but you already have projects on the go and these are of age now where they need bits done, mine is needing fuel lines and prob brake lines while at it 205 iirc is faster and its the driving the 205 your missing......
