  1. Plenty of doggy ones out there, when they get to a certain age and whether they've had a good life or not.To balance it up,i guy we know bought a Civic that seemed a really good buy, they have a good reputation etc but he got rid after 8 months of it being a pain,he also commented on how he couldnt ever seem to find a driving position that suited him either,so horses for courses i suppose.Shame but there you go.
  2. its not a recent one so I did wonder if id be blackballed
  3. how about this.. If it is,how about your car next to a London bus.
  4. We get a scrap guy driving around now and again, stick the metal bits out the front with FREE written on it and itll likely go.
  5. There's definitely a car in these pics somewhere...see,Christina's looking at mine!
  6. Found some great pics from JAE 2012 on our club stand....Christina and Justine attracted a lot of attention with their pole dancing display, helped us raise money for charity and win us Best Club Stand.Who'd have thought it? I have two or three like these. One a day,mind...
  7. Phone: 01579 383879,Trevor or Paul will help you out.
  8. 100 for a straight set, even scabby looking, would be a decent price for me.Without tyres.I'm always banging on about it,but these wheels are going to slowly become harder to get due to people tracking them and buggering them up so get them while you can.
  9. If you intend keeping the car and spending money on it over the next years, its very worthwhile.
  10. His car will be with them for a while,I'll let you know some details and pics when its done
  11. Depends how far you want to go with it,my mate is having his DC5 done in Kent, theyve taken the bumpers and stuff off and theyre dropping his suspension tomorrow!Which means hell have to have his fast road setup done again
  12. Happy 7 Anniversary Sherv!

  13. Debs is spot on,too hard and the car tramps and skips on normal surfaces, negating the point of the suspension in the first place.
  14. Went to NY just before Xmas 2015,great time.If you get the chance to do the helicopter ride down by the waterside,I highly recommend it.Didnt see anything much Celica wise out there at all,TBH.
  15. This is what i got from Opie, this particular one is ideal for LSD boxes, you could ask about the same range for your 'box. Millers CRX 75W-90 Fully synth trans oil.
  16. Dont forget Opie oils are Corporate on here, try sending them a PM asking what they recommend/and see how much the oil you're looking at is through them,if its the one you really want. and you also qualify for CCUK discount dont forget.Worth trying first. http://www.celica-club.co.uk/forum/index.php?/forum/69-oilman/
  17. Have the Whiteline rear ARB on mine with polybushes. With all the other stuff combined like coilovers, camber bolts etc its a great buy.Pig to fit though on the gen4 Only go in one way, dropped the fuel tank etc etc to get some more room...the old one you can flex to persuade it to come out,but you wont be flexing the Whiteline one LOL
  18. Worth laying out for a full geo setup,if you haven't already
  19. 1 "Sick" 5, -165,which apparently is the correct term though ive never really heard anyone actually say it. Then you get stuff like T-VIS on the earlier engines, Toyota Variable Induction System. Then you had ACIS (Acoustically Controlled Intake System) come in. Breakthrough Engine with Advanced Mechanism System is a proper daft acronym, though if anyone asks and you tell them youve got a Beams engine, you normally get a weird look.It has the VVTi system that the later model guys will recognise, Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence.
