    No probs dude. The crush bends will work but might affect performance and hold back power. It would need to be replaced in the future if you wanted more anyway. Worth while just getting the best now so its future proof. Thats how I see it.

    Thinking about it Im going to move this out of Gen 7 forum so others can get involved.

    With the cost of my Gearbox repairs the plans for having a daily are gone. So ill be running mine throughout the winter. Got a few little mods sat in the garage to do and got the new wings to try and repair. Lots to do. Also need to start saving to overhaul the exhaust and bin that Piss Poor Engineering manifold.

    Theres a Datsun garage outside my work, Ill try and snap a pic on the way home.

    Same with the 7. There should be 2 connectors on the back of the horn. One needs to connect to the inside of the boss as a ground and the other wires to the positive.

    The horn was tricky. There is a metal ring at the back of the boss, the positive horn wiring needs to contact that and the negative contacts the inside of the boss through the steering column as a ground. Its a bit tricky and will require some interesting wiring to make it work. I didnt get a gap with mine so cant really help with that sorry.
