  1. Hi..wondering if u still do the TSport hub centre decals ? After a good 5 years one has finally come of LOL..thx.

    Ricky.

  2. I reckon my Audi above is about that, you could get away with doing the front sides too I would imagine. Having looked into it a bit more I suspect one of the best films would be 3M Crystalline as they have a wide range of translucency and off heat protection aswell. They also do a 90% one which you can barely see but would reduce solar gain by a third, could almost get away with that on a front screen! I shall be looking into this...
  3. So what's the lightest tint you can get? I know it's measured in translucency as I had to consider that when buying the light gels I used in the dial kits, anything from 10 to 15% translucent was good for those, but want something far lighter for the windows. I also want to do the front side windows, which I know you're not supposed to, but meh. Lightest on sides then one shade darker on the rear screen. I've factory tints on my A3 and never had an issue with that so should be okay. Here's a pic, albeit from a higher angle so you have the black interior behind the windows making them look darker...
  4. Good luck mate, hope it all works out. Defo worth it if you're keeping the car and if it's caught earlier it always helps. JDModified did Rufus, details and pics on page 7 of my Rufus Resurrection thread on Modifications - everything stripped off, that stuff cleaned up and powder coated, underside cleaned up back to bare metal, some bits of welding done to fix one or two issues and then rust treated before waxoil and putting back together. Monumental job but he'll last for years now

  10. Looking tip top mate, mind if I lift that pic to put on my Skewer Facebook page?
  11. As in the dials and the fuel/temp display? They're PLCC2 SMD LEDs. Like this; If you need white ones I have a stack of them
  12. Foogles > Looking tip top mate, cheers
  13. Out of interest, does anyone have any pics of them fitted, I've done a few for club members but not seen them fitted
