In the grand scheme of it though, vinyl and decals are on the very low end of price for mods, especially compared to what has gone in to the car so far. Its worth putting time in to research/designs if youre going to go down that route though, plenty that can be done and 90% of it will look horrible, need an overall theme and if theres any spare the interior can always have a nice makeover
The Saturn V launched the apollo missions, the rocket as a whole (all 5 engines) had roughly 190 million horsepower equivalent, so yeah your 140 is safe
Some months it doesnt go more than 50miles, some months its a few hundred. I only use it for social stuff though, cycling to work is better for me and the car
The decent vinyl can last up to 5 years from what i remember, mine has been on for over a year now and the lower lip needs redoing on one side as its tearing a little, theres a tiny cut that you can barely notice above one of the wheels but other than that its pretty fine still. Ive not really seen any stone chips either and it protects the actual paintwork underneath from stones too.
One on my drive every day its a fun colour though, i cant remember off hand what company supplied the vinyl but it was applied by raccoon. I have sunset orange on the top half and black the other half, diagonally split between front wheels and spoiler. I may have to give it a clean tonight (so much pollen!!!!!!!) and show you an example of a celica in orange
-edit- on 18" wheels too and 225/35 tyres.
